Additional tables, and more are available to rent for additional fees.
Our pavilion is available to rent for a minimum of 2 hours We charge $75 for the first hour which includes a $25 cleaning fee, then $50 an hour after that.
Our half day rental is available for a total of 6 hours, morning or afternoon. We require a one hour turn around time for cleaning in between events.
All day rentals are available for a total of 12 hours. Events may run until 11pm.

Regarding renter responsibilities, we want to ensure you have a seamless experience and leave the space in excellent condition for the following user. First and foremost, we would like to ask you to please take out your trash after your event. Don't worry; we've made it easy with conveniently located bins in the green fence behind the market.
It would be awesome if you could also turn off all lights and fans. Keeping our lights off when the space is not in use helps us be able to keep our prices down for everyone!
In addition, we would ask that you lock up behind you prior to leaving. This means ensuring garage doors are fully closed and swinging doors are locked behind you. By doing so, you'll help maintain the security of the space and ensure everything is for the next person who will be using it.
